arranging a consultation with bob morton

Having been in practice for 27+ years, I receive a tremendous number of requests for advice from property owners having challenges with their HOA. If you need to speak with a lawyer regarding your HOA issue and would like to consult with me, I offer a fee-based consultation which takes place by telephone.
The process:
- Call my office, or send a message through the contact page on this website requesting that I contact you to discuss arranging a consultation.
- I personally set my consultation appointments so I speak with everyone before setting an appointment. During this conversation, I will ask you to provide a very brief and basic description of the issue(s) you are having so we can be sure I am comfortable assisting you. During this call, I can answer any questions you may have regarding the consultation process.
- If you wish to proceed, we then set a date and time for your phone consultation. Consultations can be set for either 30 or 60 minutes. In addition to the time we spend during the actual phone consultation, I can perform a brief review of your documents before the call. This allows me to be better prepared for the call, making our time more efficient.
- After setting the date and time, I will send you a confirmation email. This email will confirm and contain:
a. Date and time for consultation.
b. The phone number you call to start the consultationc. Explain that you should send documents by replying to the confirmation email.
d. A payment link for the consultation fee.
My goal is to provide you my thoughts and opinions on your situation, let you know if I think your concerns are valid and provide suggestions on what further action you can take on your own. This initial phone consultation is not intended to turn into a ‘sales pitch’ for you to hire me to perform service. It is intended to allow me to provide sound and competent counsel on where you stand- applying the facts of your situation to the law.
